It is normal to want to fit in.
It is normal to want to be liked.
It is normal to want to be appreciated.
It is normal to want to be celebrated.
But it is also normal to feel like an outsider if you are surrounded by idiots.
Being surrounded by the wrong people is like being in prison—or at least that is how I would like you to imagine that situation.
And now, I want you to start planning your escape.
The only way to escape such a prison is to work hard on yourself so that you may have access to a better job, better people, and a better life overall.
Reading. Let’s start there. Set aside at least one hour a day for reading. And before you ask me where you would find time to do that, let me tell you that you can steal that time from interactions with the wrong people.
Writing. Start a journal. Writing helps you develop your mind and teaches you how to organize your thoughts and express ideas. If you are a genius but you can’t communicate your thoughts, you are useless.
Working out. Going to the gym will help you on more than one level. You will feel better physically and mentally, you will look better, and last but not least, you will meet new people.
Praying. Matthew 6:33 – do a Google search on that, please.

It may take you five years to escape. Maybe ten. Maybe twenty.
Five, ten, twenty is better than never.
All you have to do is start and keep going.
Why not? Why not you? Why not now?
With love, yours truly, Cristian.
