A “Boss” is usually behind the pack in a chariot, devouring spoils and resources he did not put any real effort into acquiring with a whip in their hand.
The leader is not just in front of the pack, but also guiding and supporting the team, ensuring things get done.
That is the monumental difference.
That is why whenever I hear someone say, men or women, I am a “Boss,” all I have to do is look at the people closest to them: their spouse and children, who are usually exhausted, disconnected from the world surrounding them, and in fear.
God forbid they make a wrong move, for the “Boss” will take out the “whip” and humiliate them publicly wherever they are.
With no due respect, I just want to say fuck you from the bottom of my heart if you are that person.
You are not a boss … you are a parasite with a fragile ego.
The leader, oh, the leader. What a beautiful image to watch.
You look at their family, and everyone feels comfortable around each other. When they move, there is balance and synchronization. You see them functioning like a Swiss clock. Every piece is beautiful and unique—a masterpiece.
Don’t be lazy, stupid, and weak like a boss.
Strive to be powerful, hard-working, and always connected to God like a leader.
Don’t be part of the problem in your family, society, and generation.
Become part of the solution.
With love, yours truly, Cristian.
