I hear the word healing used quite often when it comes to personal development, and to be frank and honest with you, I don’t like it.
Let me explain why.
The word healing implies sickness, and it also implies losing something you had, and now that you are healed, you don’t have it anymore.
Trauma and ignorance are not diseases. You can be more or less only by comparison. If you put yourself on a stranded island, you are perfect.
Comparing yourself to other people is not a good idea from any standpoint. You don’t come from the same place, you are not going to the same place, you don’t have the same roles, and you are not on the same journey.
You were born to shine as an individual and to experience life while interacting with other individuals.
Do you understand what I am saying?
So you are not sick, and you don’t need healing. You need to stop waiting for something to fall out of the sky and start evolving.
Evolution, my friend. That is how you need to view your journey and your process. From whatever you are now, broken and damaged, you can evolve into something that you can’t even imagine at this point. And all the trauma you have experienced does not need to go away. You need to learn to accept it, use it, and work with it to be a stronger individual.
Change your view and mindset.
You don’t have to heal.
Life is part negative and part positive. It is a complex spectrum of experiences. You don’t need to heal while you are going thru it.
But you can choose to become better as an individual, evolve from a larva to a butterfly and make us all wonder at your beauty.
So make a conscious choice. You are not damaged. You are not sick. You are just early in the evolution process.
It’s on you!
Show me the butterfly. You know it is in there.
